Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is the new president of the UAE after the death of Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He is the ruler of Dubai he came to power in 2006 after the death of his brother Sheikh Maktoum. He was born on July 15, 1949, in Al Shindagha, Dubai, Trucial States.
