KP Bhusal Early Life and Education
KP Bhusal was born in a lower-middle-class family in Arghakhanchi in 1991 and moved to Kathmandu in 2008 with a bunch of unclear dreams and visions. He pursued English literature and completed a Master’s from Tribhuvan University in 2015.
Having a postgraduate degree in English literature, he started his career as a teacher and later transformed himself into a trainer and motivational speaker. Despite being a social science graduate, he had a passion for helping people be personally loyal and professionally strong. So with the help of rigorous self-study, he started conducting workshops among students and youths to inject a leadership mindset and make them competent.
He is popular for challenging people to goal-setting and commits to action through his signature training campaign called “Leadership Challenge”.
KP Bhusal Career as a Motivational Speaker
Once KP Bhusal completed his master’s degree, he reflected on his life and realized that he was a passionate learner with good oratory skills so he chose to be a teacher.
His students used to say that they felt better when he was in front of them in the classroom, so getting inspiration from students he started serving as a guest lecturer at other colleges as well where he could inspire more students. Ultimately he happened to create a new career path – a motivational speaker.
KP started a motivational journey from schools and colleges but later became busy with corporate houses that invite him to inspire their employees and improve their performance.
KP Bhusal has spent 10+ years teaching people and inspiring lives, now trusted as a leadership advisor and motivational trainer for 100+ colleges and corporates across Nepal and abroad.
He rose to fame particularly across the Nepali corporate world after 2018, when he initiated a training campaign called “Leadership Challenge”. The leadership challenge is a combo package to change people’s mindsets and to challenge them to goal-setting and commitment to action.
For the decade of 2020-2030, KP Bhusal has set a goal to inspire one million lives through his workshops. His mission is to inject a leadership mindset in today’s youths so that the future of the country would be much better and more advanced. Now, he has been working on a case studies-based leadership book called “leadership-101” to be published in 2020.
